• Minimum stay (for all seasons, except  Holiday periods): 4 nights

• Minimum stay (for Festive/Easter): 7 nights

• Food & Beverage deposit: USD$ 150 per night, per adult

• Meal plan rates: Adults (over 18) USD$150.00 / Young Adults (12 to 17)  USD$100.00 /  Children (3 to 11) USD$50.00 / Infants (2 and under) - Complimentary

• Food & Beverage deposit, and additional services or activities are subject to 16% VAT tax

• Mandatory, refundable USD$ 15,000 Security Deposit

• Villa's maximum capacity: 18 guests (adults + children)

• Villa must be rented in its totality, rental per room is not available

• Management reserves the right to approve all guests of Casa Tesoro in advance of booking.
